Delever for dark kitchens
For a normal restaurant, delivery is an extra channel and a failure costs part of the revenue. For a dark kitchen, delivery is the business and a failure means a stop.
Several brands, one kitchen
A typical dark kitchen runs two to five virtual brands. Each has its own menu, storefront and audience, but the same people cook them in the same kitchen.
In Delever brands are kept separate — own menu, own sales channels, own analytics — while orders converge into a single kitchen queue labelled by brand.
Aggregator dependence and how to reduce it
A dark kitchen has no dining room and no sign, so aggregators are the only demand source at first. That makes the format fragile: commission eats the margin and a ranking change can cut the flow in a week.
The fix is the same as for a restaurant, only more urgent: own channels for repeat orders.
Kitchen and couriers
Orders from every brand and every channel land on one screen and go to the kitchen display, labelled by brand and promised delivery time.
Dark kitchens often have no couriers at all — the order is then passed automatically to Yandex Delivery, Wolt Drive, Taxi Millennium or Noor.
FAQ
How many brands can one kitchen run?
There is no technical limit. Each brand gets its own menu, channels and analytics, while the kitchen queue is shared and labelled per order.
Is unit economics tracked per brand?
Yes — revenue, average check, order composition, delivery time and repeat rate are tracked per brand and per channel, alongside overall kitchen load.
What is needed to launch?
A menu per brand, delivery zones and a payment method. Site, bot and QR menu launch in a day, and if you run a POS the menu is pulled from it.
