Is courier assignment automatic?
There is no automatic assignment to your own couriers and we do not claim otherwise. Couriers take available orders in the app, or a dispatcher assigns them. What is automatic is calling an external service when you run short.
What does connecting courier services cost?
520,000 UZS per brand, separately from the platform plan. The delivery itself is billed by the service at its own rates.
